Member Information stored in LeadersAssistant.com:
- ByNet Software, Inc. will never share any information belonging to the members of LeadersAssistant.com with any third party without the approval of the member. Members explicitly provide their approval to share their information when they invite other individuals and existing LeadersAssistant.com members to join their Community and their Activities.
- When a member accepts the invitation to join another member's Community or Activity, his/her Profile information is exchanged with that member. This profile information is also made available to other team members on the Activity.
- Information pertaining to a specific Activity is made available only to the Team Members participating on that Activity.
- Credit Card information is never stored at LeadersAssistant.com. We use one or more PCI compliant third-party credit card processing services to control payment transactions.
Member Information communicated via the Web to/from LeadersAssistant.com:
- LeadersAssistant.com uses standard HTTP communications protocol to transmit data to/from the member’s computer and LeadersAssistant.com.
Website Advertising:
- LeadersAssistant.com uses an adserver vendor to display advertisements on the website. We believe these advertisements provide useful information for our members. The website may use key words from the Activities of members to determine the most useful advertisements to display. These keywords may be sent to the third party adserver as part of the advertisement display process.
Use of Cookies:
- LeadersAssistant.com uses cookies to control the processing of the member's login session. No information retained or collected by the cookie will be made available to a third part.
